The Ishpeming City Council recently declared December 15th as Hematite Appreciation Day. If you can, in support of the Hematites, community members and businesses can display Hematite related gear, wear blue shirts or Hematite apparel, or just simply decorate with the school colors — blue ribbons, blue lights, etc. Make it fun, get creative, and show your support!
