It was Homecoming tonight for the Ishpeming Hematites as the Norway Knights came to town and the Hematites improved to 5-0 on the year as they ran away with the game 45-6.
The Hematites opened with 27 points before the Knights were able to find the end-zone, as Ishpeming scored three times in the first quarter alone. By the end of the first half the Hematites were up 33-6. From there the Hematites slowly poured on insurance points for the victory.
The Ishpeming Hematites will be at home hosting the Wabeno/Laona Rebels next week with the kickoff at 7:30 PM and pregame at 7PM with Mike Plourde and Bob Nadeau right here on 98.3 WRUP We Rock The UP.
