Ishpeming, MI – February 22, 2024 – In the final game of their regular season, the Ishpeming Hematites boys basketball team defeated Ironwood 54-45 at home on Thursday night. Despite the final margin of victory being nine points, it was much closer throughout, with the Hematites able to pull away from the Red Devils late. Ishpeming will open their district tournament campaign with a trip to Westwood on Wednesday for a 6:00 start.
