5/21/2013 Ishpeming, Michigan — Heather Seppenan was in Ishpeming on Tuesday afternoon bringing you Ishpeming Hematites Fast Pitch Softball on 98.3 WRUP – We Rock the U.P. The Ishpeming Hematites were up against the Negaunee Miners at the Ishpeming ball fields.
At the bottom of the second inning the Ishpeming Hematites and Negaunee Miners were tied with no score. In the second inning, the Negaunee Miners scored and lead the Ishpeming Hematites 4-0. At the top of the third inning, the Negaunee Miners did widen their lead 7-0 over the Ishpeming Hematites.
At the bottom of the third inning, the score remains 7-0 with the Negaunee Miners in the lead.
Heather said “It’s a little chilly and muddy, but the Ishpeming Hematites and Negaunee Miners continue their game at the Ishpeming fields.”
Ishpeming then scored their first run, and the Negaunee Miners continued to lead 7-1.
At the top of the sixth inning, the Negaunee Miners lead the Ishpeming Hematites 7-5. After the sixth inning, the Negaunee Miners lead the Ishpeming Hematites 10-5.
