Girls Fast Pitch Softball is underway in the U.P. The Ishpeming Hematites faced off against the Superior Central Cougars is the first game of the 10th annual MSHS Spring Swing at the Marquette Superior Dome. Heather was live at the dome with exciting coverage of the Hematites. The MSHS Spring Swing hosted 13 area teams.

Superior Central has an experienced team and brought a lot of talent to the field. The Hematites started the season strong with a 16 member team, and we expect great things from the Hematite Girls.
We will be following them throughout the season with in the field coverage at many games. Keep the dial on 98.3 for updates and our coverage schedule. The next game will be 4pm April 23rd as our Lady Hematites battle the Gwinn Modeltowners.
