The Ishpeming Hematite Girls tonight came out as the aggressors when they went to Westwood to take on the Patriots and found their winning ways once again as they poured on pressure to win 54-41.
In the first half the Hematites came out with energy and were also able to find their scoring touch shooting 37% from the field to carry 33-27 lead going into halftime.
From there the Hematites kept on the Patriots in the second half as they extended their lead to thirteen by the end of the third quarter and kept that thirteen point lead for the convincing victory 54-41.
