Ishpeming, MI – December 8, 2025 – The Ishpeming Hematites girls basketball team got their season underway with a 59-42 win over the Westwood Patriots on Monday night. Jenessa Eagle led the Hematites with 32 points in the victory, with Mya Hemmer adding a 17 point, 10 rebound double-double to the effort.
