Ishpeming, MI – October 11, 2025 – The Ishpeming Hematites dropped a close, back-and-forth contest to the St. Ignace Saints 36-30 on Saturday afternoon. Ishpeming kept the game close throughout, but losing Grady Gauthier to an injury in the first half put a damper on the otherwise exciting game. Ishpeming will now travel to Newberry for their penultimate game of the season, which is scheduled for a 7:00 kickoff.
