Marquette, MI – August 18, 2017 – The Ishpeming Hematites are back for their 10th year with WRUP 98.3. We’ve gotten to know the Hematites pretty well, but if you want to get to know these incredible student athletes, your chance is coming up!
“Meet the Hematites”, hosted at Ishpeming High School will take place on Tuesday, August 22, at 6:30pm in the new gym. You can come out and support your Hematites during the introduction of the fall sports coaches and teams.
During the evening all of the fall sports coaches and athletes will be introduced to the public as the 2017 roster! This night will also serve as a chance to for students to meet their new coaches and teammates. The Booster Club will have a signup sheet for volunteering to work the concession stands for upcoming games.
Due to the construction, the Division Street entrance will be closed and everyone should enter the gym via the Fourth Street school entrance.
