(Marquette, Michigan) – August 17, 2013 – Jeri Mattons, who lives only a short distance from Lions Field in Marquette Township had signed up to win the Michigan Sales John Deere Tractor Giveaway at SIR Federal Credit Union. He was watching the championship ball game at the Marquette Township Community Day and heard his name called.
At first he wasn’t sure he’d heard right. The semi-retired Electrician had recently become a Grand Father and had also won a 50/50 raffle for a snowmobile in Big Bay. He said in his interview with Todd Noordyk of Great Lakes Radio that he guessed he was” on a roll.”
Thrilled to win, he’ll head down to Michigan Sales & Equipment on Monday and check out his brand new John Deere Riding Lawn Tractor.
