Mark Seliger; Rounder RecordsIt looks like the domestic violence case involving Paul Simon and his wife, Edie Brickell, will go slip sliding away. The Connecticut state attorney’s office tells ABC News Radio that prosecutors have decided not to proceed with the case.
Simon and Brickell, who recently were arrested on disorderly conduct charges at their home in New Canaan, Connecticut, originally had been scheduled to return to a court in nearby Norwalk on Tuesday, but because of the latest developments there was no need for them to show up.
