The Negaunee Miners beat the Calumet Copper Kings 12-6 last Thursday in Calumet. The Miners play Gladstone in their home opener on Friday September 7. Great Lakes Radio will have the broadcast on Sunny 101.9 WKQS and will stream the game live on WKQSFM.com beginning at 7 p.m.
The Munising Mustangs lost to Powers North Central 36-12 on Thursday. Munising plays North Dickenson this Friday. The broadcast will be on AM 1400 WQXO and will stream it live on WQXO.com. Coverage for this game begins at 7 p.m as well.
